Kelvin Test Leads for extremely fine measuring and test operation on small components

Traditionally Kelvin Test Leads have been used to investigate fundamental processes at the surface of metals and semiconductors.

They are used to measure very low resistance on small components with our micro-ohmmeter DRM 40.

Kelvin Test Leads have banana plugs with retractable sheath that allow versatility in connecting to equipment. All 4 contacts are integrated in a single pair of tweezers.
